Ez-App Tele-Interviews Can Now be Booked When you Complete the Application Ez-app tele-interviews can now be pre-booked online when you complete an ez-app for individual insurance. This new feature allows your clients to choose the day and time of their interview up front. We know many of you have been waiting for this and we’re happy to offer it. It’s simple to do. When you are completing an ez-app online, you can input the date and the time your clients would like to be contacted. We will then call your client for their interview on that date and at that time. We ask that you choose a time between 24 and 48 hours after you submit the online ez-app so that we can quickly complete the ez-app. When booking an interview, let your clients know that tele-interviews take about 30 to 40 minutes. You can help your client be prepared for the interview by sharing the “About your tele-interview” page that’s provided at the back of the ez-app Signature Booklet. If you haven’t already tried ez-app, it’s a great time to start. Ez-app is the easiest way to complete an application for life, critical illness or our popular Synergy combination insurance.
