Equitable Life Segregated Fund Conversion

In an effort to better serve you and your clients, effective July 4, 2014, Equitable Life is converting all Pivotal Solutions policies (including Pivotal Solutions No Load, Pivotal Solutions DSC, and Pivotal Solutions II) to a new administration system.
 
This new administration system will greatly improve our FundSERV capabilities and provide an enhanced platform for them to process business electronically with you in the future. Included as part of this conversion are some important administrative changes to our existing contracts of which you need to be aware.

These changes potentially impact:

• Commissions
• Lead time for direct deposits
• FundSERV manufacturing codes, and
• FundSERV processing availability
