| Manulife Bank is excited to announce an enhanced compensation structure and simplified Partner Rewards program for 2024. These changes will help position you to amplify your current financial health and fortify the future value of your business—ultimately unlocking new avenues for growth and prosperity. | Effective January 1, 2024, the following changes will come into effect:
Enhanced Compensation: |

| • | Compensation and the Partner Rewards Program will be administered separately. |
| • | You will no longer need to qualify for the Partner Rewards Program to receive highly-valued trailer payments. |
| • | You will earn increased compensation on all client name deposit accounts--current assets under management (AUM) and new accounts. |
| • | You will earn upfront and trailers compensation on every referred mortgage funded on or after January 1, 2024. |
| • | You will continue to receive trailers on any AUM that generates trailers for you today. |
| Simplified Partner Rewards Program: |

| • | Will be a two-tier program—Platinum and Gold. |
| • | New streamlined qualification criteria. |
| • | New benefits like VIP Underwriting for Platinum rewards members. |
| • | Enhanced discounts on your personal Manulife One. |
| • | MBBucks will be retired - final date to submit Business Development Dollar and Cashback requests is February 15, 2024. |
