Speeding up our average issue times  

We are constantly looking for ways to provide a better customer experience and have numerous initiatives underway aimed at servicing your clients as quickly as possible. We are pleased to share that our percentage of policies issued in under 5 days is on an upward trend. 

For the last half of August, on average, 50% of Fast & Full^® applications were issued in fewer than five days¹ when using electronic Health Questionnaire (eHQ) and eContract delivery. This is great news since this represents around 50% of our policies. While the metrics below are the average issue times, many policies are issued MUCH faster, often within hours.
