Strong service levels continue in 2022

2022 has delivered excellent results so far by focusing on the faster issuing of new life and health insurance business. Although results have declined in the last two weeks, on average, 50% of Fast & Full^® applications are issued in fewer than five days¹ when using electronic Health Questionnaire (eHQ) and eContract delivery. While those are the average issue times, many policies are issued MUCH faster, often within hours.
