iA Financial Group modernizes its compensation process

The current pandemic has changed the way most of us conduct our daily activities and operations. In this context, the Compensation Department of iA Financial Group has implemented measures to limit paper documents and cheque sending while allowing our employees to better meet your needs.

One of the improvements of our compensation process regarding the payments that you may need to send to iA, as an advisor, in any of the following circumstances:

  • Repayment of a debt or clearing a negative account balance
  • Payment of administrative costs
  • Repayment of a financial loan
  • To settle the compensation associated with the transfer of an advisor

You will no longer need to send a cheque because iA will now proceed electronically via direct debit in a single installment. In any of these situations we will email you a withdrawal authorization form (F12-197) which you will need to complete and sign. The form can be completed directly from your computer or smartphone.

Please note that cheques already sent will be processed, however, there may be some delays.

Rest assured that we will spare no effort to provide you with the quality of service you deserve.

Sincerly,

Andrée Laberge
