Manulife Bank is offering $750 cash back to clients — and a one-time $3,000 referral bonus for you — with Manulife One this spring!
Clients can receive $750 cash back when they open a new Manulife One account opened with a minimum initial borrowing amount of $75,000 between April 21, 2014 and July 31, 2014.
Plus, you get a one-time $3,000 referral bonus from Manulife Bank when you complete 10 successful Manulife One referrals between April 21, 2014 and August 31, 2014. That's on top of your standard compensation1.
These are temporary promotions — the Manulife One accounts must be funded by the end of business on July 31, 2014 to receive the cash back. The offer will not extend to applications that are only submitted or approved. Successful referrals must be approved by the end of business on September 5, 2014 to qualify for the referral bonus. For the cash back offer, the account must be a first ranking residential mortgage approved by Manulife Bank and funded during the period of April 21, 2014 to July 31, 2014. The $750 will be deposited directly into the new Manulife One account. If the mortgage is discharged, refinanced, ported or transferred from Manulife Bank within one (1) year of funding for any reason, the client must repay the entire cash back amount. Limit one cash back offer per mortgage term; offer cannot be combined with any other bonus or offer. Other conditions may apply; ask for details.
A referral is considered successful when an application is submitted by the Manulife Banking Consultant and approved by Manulife Bank. The advisor referral bonus is subject to Dealer participation. Referral bonus is available to financial advisors only. Only one advisor per referral would qualify towards the bonus. For applications with multiple advisor representation, please contact your Banking Consultant to determine the primary advisor who should qualify toward the bonus.
