Closure of funds on November 7, 2014 - Errors in the letter to clients

On August 29 (August 27 for Managing General Agents), we had you send a memo entitled Industrial Alliance makes changes to its segregated funds offer. This memo stated that clients affected by these changes would be advised in a letter.

The header of the letter, sent on September 8, contained the contact information for the agent and the agency. We wish to advise you that this contact information was incorrect. A notice containing the correct contact information will be sent to clients as soon as possible.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your understanding.
