Members and non-members across the region and the country are welcome to attend! In this presentation, we will walk through: - The Technology and Innovation Committee (TIC) is a member-driven volunteer committee of Advocis.

| Prem Binning Regional Vice President - British Columbia, HUB Financial Prem graduated with a Bachelors of Commerce degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Northern British Columbia in 2003. Prem has been involved within the financial industry since 2001 working with a credit union in Northern British Columbia. Upon graduation in 2003, Prem moved to the lower mainland and started work as a financial advisor for a major credit union in B.C. before joining Manulife Financial in 2007. Moving from Manulife, he joined HUB Financial in March 2021 as Regional Vice President leading HUB’s sales and marketing team in BC. Within his current role as Regional Vice President at HUB Financial, Prem is responsible for leading the sales and marketing team in BC. His team focuses on maintaining advisor relationships and the delivery of education/consulting on over 20 carrier insurance products within the MGA channel. Prem has been married for 17 years to his wife Manju and has a two daughters, Mia 15 and Ava 12. |

| Saskia Vermeulen, CHS, CFP, Senior Advisor S outhlands Financial Saskia Vermeulen is a third-generation insurance broker specializing in health and life insurance and employee benefits. She completed her BA at the University of British Columbia. After a successful career in marketing, she moved into the insurance and financial services industry. In 2016, she launched her own practice, Southlands Financial. She is proud to provide high levels of service to her group and individual clients. Saskia has high ethical standards and the needs of her clients are her top priority. By carefully researching and identifying financial goals and objectives she helps clients set up, implement, and review their personal financial plans on an ongoing basis.
