New! Support Centre within the Plan Member Online Services portal

As information and resources are continuously added to the Plan Member Online Services site, the ability to quickly navigate and find this information is a key factor that will help improve the client experience. As such, we are pleased to announce the Plan Member Online Services portal has been updated to include a new ‘Support Centre’.

The new Support Centre features tools that help simplify the user experience and improve ease of access to important information and resources. In addition, the Support Centre will serve as a convenient alternative for finding information in cases where the call centre is closed.

What’s new?

The Support Centre is a self-help tool designed to be a one stop source for clients looking to easily find and access information, articles and other resources. To help make this process simple and effective, the Support Centre features a convenient search function as well as navigation for finding resources by topic such as

  • COVID-19 and travel
  • ‘How to’ videos and articles
  • Coverage details and claim submissions
  • Online registrations
  • Forms and FAQs

How will it work?

The Support Centre can be accessed by logging into the Plan Member Online Services portal and clicking on ‘Support Centre’ on the left hand navigation menu. Clients can then search through the topics or use the search function to find information they are looking for.
