We are coming to the end of the premium deferral period and I want to ensure you are aware of the process that may affect some of your clients. If any of your clients took advantage of the premium deferral offered due to the exceptional circumstances experienced with the COVID-19 pandemic, the premiums which were deferred are coming due shortly.

A notification letter has or will be sent to your client(s) and cc’d to your office. Once issued, a copy of this letter can be found on the Client Documents section of Webi.
