In this session, we will explore key topics such as the rationale behind adhering to a Code of Professional Conduct, the symbiotic relationship between ethical standards and the well-being of both financial planners/advisors and consumers, and the enforcement mechanisms employed by the Institute for Advanced Financial Education.

Additionally, we will delve into best practices for integrating the principles outlined in the Code of Professional Conduct into daily practice, with a focus on real-life case studies to illustrate effective conflict resolution strategies.
