Reminder / New grants request application form for Registered Education Savings Plan (RESP)
The relevant authority introduced new government grant forms. Starting December 1, SDE 0069, SDE 0071 and SDE 0073 are no longer accepted.
SDE 0093: Application for Basic and Additional Canada Education Savings Grant (CESG) and Canada Learning Bond (CLB) will need to be completed for all new contracts and transferred Registered Education Savings Plans. Annex A & B are only required if there are additional beneficiaries or if the subscriber is not the Primary Caregiver and/or Custodial Parent of the Beneficiary.
