Industrial Alliance Business Tracker
iA has made available to you the Business Tracker tab on the Extranet, so that you can obtain information on your clients’ policies quickly, and take any action that may be required.
As with many other carriers, you must log in to IA's website (Extranet) to retrieve Policy Service notices and also to respond to new policy delivery questions on the Business Tracker.
The paper copies of Returned Premium Payments are no longer provided to the MGA for distribution, and as such, the advisor is to log in and self serve for client policy service.
Please let Kris know if you need assistance once you have your login to the IA website. We will also assist if you have difficulty obtaining any carrier website advisor login credentials.
