Ongoing improvement in Average Workdays
We’re pleased to report that the average workdays to issue policies have continued to decrease in the first two weeks of October. Improving our service levels is a top priority for us and we encourage sharing your feedback on how we can improve.
For the first half of October, on average, when using Fast & Full® with electronic Health Questionnaire (eHQ) and eContract, applications were issued in 14 days1. Across the board, the number of average workdays to issue policies is decreasing which means servicing your clients even quicker. While those are the average issue times, many policies are issued MUCH faster, often within hours. See chart below for our latest metrics.
A friendly reminder
The application process for your clients can be completed most effectively by using the Fast & Full Life app and opting for the electronic health questionnaire (eHQ) and eContract delivery. Completing this will allow you to earn up to 20% more FYC2 until December 31, 2022, with the eBundle Bonus, now extended until December 31st, 2022. See below for more information
