Our 2021 program to accelerate key service level standards is hitting the home stretch!

For the period ending October 15th*, we saw excellent results delivered by focusing on the faster issuing of new life and health insurance business. The percentage of  Fast & Full^® applications issued in fewer than five days increased across the board, particularly for those using the Electronic Health Questionnaire (eHQ) and eContract Delivery.

While those are the average issue times, many policies are issued MUCH faster, often within hours. To keep that momentum going, we recently brought back our BIGGER eBundle Bonus program for the Fast & Full Life App. You can find more details on that below!
