- How do I order supplies?
Email, fax, or telephone our reception desk with your request and it will be filled as soon as possible.
- How do I get today's GIC rates?
The rates are updated daily and available online by 10:30 am. If for some reason you need the rates before that time, feel free to phone our office. This service is available on a request basis only.
- When will I receive my First Year Commission?
The insurance company First Year Commission is sent out as soon as it is received via ICS or Mail.
- When will I get my Bonus Commission cheque?
If your bonus commission is not already included with your First Year Commission Statements, Global Pacific Commissions are sent out three business days after the 15th and 31st of each month.
